The purpose of the Guiding Coalition of Interculturalism and the Bilingual Parent Advisory is to be a learning community that reflects and connects KCSD96 values of diversity and inclusion; aligns parents, educators, and students in cultural and educational experiences; and engages with a wide audience.

The Thought Exchange Partnership connects parents with information about district goals, initiatives, and handbooks, while soliciting parent feedback on various topics to assist in district planning.
